Joelle Groshek represents businesses in heavily regulated industries — in litigation and investigations with a special focus on administrative law and regulatory enforcement. Joelle has represented clients before the IRS, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Minnesota Department of Human Services, Minnesota Department of Health and others. She has litigated against Minnesota government agencies in contested case hearings, district court, special agency hearings and at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Joelle is a passionate home cook and spends her free time with her husband and two parakeets, Beau and Mr. Earl Grey.
