Overview

Charlotte Damico helps clients manage and advance the business initiatives that drive their companies forward. She brings a practical approach to representing clients throughout the business life cycle — from formation and financing to exits and acquisitions. Charlotte has particular experience working with franchisor clients on M&A transactions as well as day-to-day legal matters.

Prior Experience

While in law school, Charlotte worked as a judicial law clerk on criminal and civil matters for the Honorable Anne Lazarus in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. She also served as a summer associate with the firm.

Personal Interests

A varsity lacrosse player at Bucknell University, Charlotte served as an assistant varsity lacrosse coach at Swarthmore College and The Baldwin School after college. She has also worked managing business operations at Ramble On Farm, a professional equestrian facility in Pennsylvania, since 2014.
