Overview

Diane Masariu Carter drives legislative advocacy solutions for clients with interests before the Indiana General Assembly. She works with the firm's other government members as a lobbyist representing clients on legislative matters in Indiana state government.

Indiana Statehouse Experience

Before joining Faegre Drinker Consulting, Diane was a member of the Statehouse staff for 31 years. She has been recognized for her considerable knowledge and insight into the legislative process through a variety of roles in the Indiana House of Representatives. Diane was Principal Clerk during the 2003 and 2004 legislative sessions. She also served as policy director for the Democratic Caucus and administrative assistant for two Speakers, one House Minority Leader and a Democratic Leader.
