Erika Campbell represents and advises private clients on estate planning and administration, family businesses, and real estate transactions. She leverages diverse experience at a trust company, a financial services firm, and as managing partner of a boutique estate planning law firm to help provide clarity and peace of mind to families and business owners.

Experience

Erika previously was a financial adviser at UBS in Rapid City, South Dakota, counseling clients on financial matters including estate planning, retirement, insurance, and education. Prior to UBS, she was with the Commerce Trust Company in the Kansas City area, administering trusts and working with clients’ attorneys on estate and financial planning matters. Her years practicing law in both South Dakota and Minnesota have served clients by leveraging each jurisdiction’s advantages.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Erika enjoys cross-country skiing, spending time with her husband and two daughters, and re-reading favorite books for the new insights gained with experience.
