Eric Au assists clients with complex and class action litigation in state and federal court. Eric has significant experience in all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, oral argument and appellate briefing. He has also represented clients at trial and obtained favorable verdicts, including a complete defense verdict.

Eric also advises clients in various industries, including the insurance and financial services industries, in regulatory and compliance matters related to suitability, premium rate increases, claims handling and coverage issues, software licensing, and pollution liability. Above all, he strives to integrate his clients’ business initiatives into efficient strategies designed to tackle critical legal problems.

While attending law school, Eric served as a law clerk at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and assisted clients in complying with state and federal rules in responses to discovery requests.

Eric enjoys following Philadelphia sports teams and playing soccer and golf.
