Negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service on certain federal estate and gift tax issues
Reviewing and analyzing existing irrevocable trust agreements, and developing and implementing plans to modify trust agreements via mergers, decantings and court proceedings to address changed circumstances among trustees and beneficiaries
Negotiating and preparing premarital agreements for high net worth individuals
Negotiating and litigating contested trust agreements and estate plans
Kinsey is a licensed CPA. She previously worked as a tax services manager at Katz, Sapper & Miller LLP and specialized in the areas of nonprofit organizations, fiduciary taxation and individual income taxation.
