Kerry Bundy and Randy Kahnke Quoted in Twin Cities Business Magazine About Safeguarding Company Trade Secrets

In an article for Twin Cities Business Magazine, Faegre Baker Daniels partners Kerry Bundy and Randy Kahnke shared ideas for how to take swift action to protect “purloined digital trade secrets” in the wake of the enactment of the Defend Trade Secrets Act. The act was signed by President Obama in May 2016 and provides federal protections for trade secrets.  

The partners also co-authored an article appearing in the Star Tribune in May 2016 entitled “How the Defend Trade Secrets Act will Help Minnesota Businesses.” Read article.
