Pay Attention to Your PERM Applications

Permanent Labor Certification (PERM) applications continue to face audits and denials by the Department of Labor (DOL). With the increased scrutiny of PERM applications bringing longer processing times, cases must begin earlier and earlier to adhere to H-1B and other deadlines.

Understanding the decisions issued by BALCA can be valuable should the employer decide to appeal a denial by the DOL.
