Winning Zoning Cases in Philadelphia

Jerald R. Goodman, partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, served as a faculty member on the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program “Winning Zoning Cases in Philadelphia.”  The Session was held on the afternoon of June 8, 2006 in the CLE Conference Center in the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia.  The course offered practical and specific advice on how to prepare for and present a case before the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Philadelphia and how to find the answers to clients’ zoning questions.
