Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s 2026 BESAFE Conference

Government and regulatory partner Libby Baney Burstein participated in three sessions at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s 2026 BESAFE Conference to discuss the growing public health crisis posed by substandard and falsified medical products.

Burstein joined the panel discussion “Partnership for Impact: Sharing Lessons Learned from Partnerships and Collaborations” and moderated two additional sessions, “Blind Spots in Practice: Uncovering What Providers Miss About Substandard and Falsified Medicines” and “Buyer Beware: Protecting Patients from Rogue Online Pharmacies.”
