At Practising Law Institute’s “Fundamentals of Swaps & Other Derivatives 2026” conference, investment management partner Ilene Froom joined a panel to provide an overview of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (IDSA) documentation typically used to document derivatives transactions in the United States.

The panelists covered topics including the ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule structure, the use of bridges and protocols, and how to work with confirms, Credit Support Annexes, and clearing documentation.
