Investment management partner Ilene Froom presented an overview of the 2016 Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) “Understanding Core ISDA Documentation: The Variation Margin Credit Support Documents” conference.

The session examined critical provisions in the credit support annex under New York and English law including credit support arrangements and obligations, changes in the posting and receiving parties, and the scope of covered transactions.
