The 2002 ISDA Master Agreement

Investment management partner Ilene Froom co-led the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) “Understanding Core ISDA Documentation: The ISDA Master Agreement” conference to analyze the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement and discuss key distinctions from the 1992 version.

The panelists covered topics including measures of damages and close-out methodologies, events of default, termination events, counterparty default management, and interest rate provisions.
