Negotiating the Schedule to the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement

At the International Swaps and Derivatives Association’s (ISDA) Conference, investment management partner Ilene Froom joined a panel discussion on key issues that firms typically focus on when negotiating the schedule to the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement.

The speakers highlighted commonly negotiated provisions and explained some of the key legal and commercial drivers behind them. They also provided an overview of the ISDA Clause Library and analyzed examples of how it can be used to construct clauses that achieve commonly negotiated outcomes within the schedule.
