Fiduciary 101: Outsourcing and Provider Selection

Benefits and executive compensation partner Heather Bader participated in a panel at the 2026 PLANSPONSOR Roadmap Livestream Series: Fiduciary 101 to discuss the key considerations when selecting recordkeepers, investment managers, and advisers. The session also covered the responsibilities of each party in a 3(16) fiduciary, 3(21) investment adviser or 3(38) investment manager outsourcing arrangement.
