Investment management partner Ilene Froom attended the ISDA Annual General Meeting in Amsterdam to present on derivatives documentation.

The derivatives industry relies on robust legal documentation, but the manual negotiation and execution of derivatives documentation across large complex organizations and delivery of physical notices can lead to bottlenecks and delays. 

The first half of this symposium focused on technology solutions that are reshaping the way entities handle derivatives documentation as well as the growth of AI for legacy contract data extraction. The second half examined the issues with the current processes for delivery of notices and explore how the ISDA Notices Hub is solving those issues.
