Special Pre-ESOP Association Conference Program

Members of Drinker Biddle’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Team hosted a presentation and cocktail reception at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on November 7, 2018, the day before the Las Vegas ESOP Conference and Trade Show.

Bruce Ashton, Brad Campbell, Howard Levine, Jeremy Pelphrey, Dave Rubenstein and Adam Weinstock discussed current issues of importance to the ESOP community, including recent ESOP litigation, current transaction issues, representation and warranty insurance, and DOL investigations. Attendees included ESOP company directors and management, inside and outside ESOP trustees, ESOP committee members, financial advisers, valuation advisers, lenders and third-party administrators.

The program was followed by a cocktail reception. The event was attended by more than 100 ESOP professionals.
