ALI-ABA Court on Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation

Faegre Baker Daniels partner Jack Sperber co-led the eighth annual presentation on the basic-level ALI CLE course entitled "Condemnation 101: How to Prepare and Present an Eminent Domain Case."

The session provided an introduction (or refresher) to basic concepts and techniques of preparing and presenting an eminent domain case. The course equipped registrants with a broad overview of eminent domain and provided practice tips from some of the most experienced eminent domain lawyers across the country.
