Passport to Success: Mobility and Compliance With Your International Workforce

Minneapolis, MN

Overview

The annual Faegre Baker Daniels immigration law seminar is your company's passport to strategically managing an increasingly mobile global workforce.

This year, Faegre Baker Daniels lawyers from across the U.S. and world, will give you an insider's view of transferring employees into the U.S., out of the U.S., and how to comply with I-9 obligations.  Visitor visas, travel issues and the Global Entry program will also be highlighted during a panel discussion of experts.  U.S. Customs and Border Protection has been invited to participate in this panel discussion.

In small discussion groups, attendees will explore the latest developments with complex work visa issues, including deemed export compliance, third party placements and defining specialized knowledge.  Other topics will include PERM applications and visa backlog issues, as well as global mobility issues in the UK, China and beyond.

Lunch will include a Q & A session, as well as networking opportunities with other attendees and Faegre Baker Daniels lawyers.
