ACRP Excellence in Clinical Research Symposium

Overview

Jessica Benson Cox and Catherine Clements, both of Faegre Baker Daniels, together will present "A Case in Point: Informed Consent — How to Stay in the Clinic and Out of the Courtroom" during the ACRP Excellence in Clinical Research Symposium on Saturday, November 3, 2012, in Indianapolis. Their presentation will focus on real life litigation in how to properly obtain (and document) informed consent in the clinical trial setting.

The ACRP's Circle City Chapter Fall Symposium will benefit all personnel involved in or planning to be involved in clinical research. The pursuit of excellence in clinical research will be presented from the perspective of each of the major clinical research stakeholders. The conference is targeted for both new and experienced clinical research professionals, including research nurses and hygienists, clinical research coordinators, investigators, site manager, monitors, IRB members, pharmaceutical and medical device representatives.
