Health and Pharmaceutical Compliance Attorney Lindsay Holmes Joins Faegre Drinker in Washington, D.C.

Faegre Drinker announced today that Lindsay Holmes joined the firm in the Washington, D.C. office as counsel in the health care group. Holmes previously served as senior corporate counsel for Amazon Health Services.

A veteran of the health care and pharmaceutical industries, Holmes helps guide providers, pharmacy and medical device companies, and digital health organizations through complex federal and state regulatory standards. Her in-house counsel experience brings clients practical, business-minded solutions to high-risk issues in health care and compliance.

Holmes’ practice encompasses a broad spectrum of health care services, including digital health, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and life sciences. Clients regularly call on Holmes for guidance on telehealth and telepharmacy matters, Food and Drug Administration compliance, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence in health.

In her pharmaceutical practice, Holmes negotiates group purchasing organization (GPO), pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and pharmacy participation agreements. She also counsels on controlled substance compliance and assesses anti-kickback and fraud-and-abuse risks associated with pharmacy services and management arrangements.

Holmes earned her bachelor’s degree and juris doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami. Additionally, she received a master of laws degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.
