The Legal 500 U.K. Recognizes Faegre Drinker’s Attorneys and Practice Areas in their 2026 Edition

The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2026 guide has recognized Faegre Drinker’s London finance and restructuring and investment management groups, and partners Patrick Corr, Michelle Moran and Jeremy Andrews earned individual rankings.

The finance and restructuring team was ranked as “Tier 7” in the “Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency” category.

“Under the leadership of the vastly experienced Patrick Corr, Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath has, since the London team was established in 2020, developed a strong offering for corporates and funds, in particular, on cross-border strategic opportunities and situations throughout the distress curve,” the publication noted. “On the debtor front, much of the work flows from the firm’s US base for firmwide institutional health and life sciences companies on balance sheet restructurings to help manage exposure to product liability claims. On the investor/creditor side, the real estate sector is a very fertile source of work, with Gary Bellingham and Buvini Kularatne both particularly skilled at realizing value for funds investing in distressed assets in the space.”

Legal 500 also recognized the firm’s investment management practice group as “One to Watch” in the “Financial Services: Non-contentious/Regulatory” category, highlighting partners Michelle Moran and Steven Francis and counsel Rupert Barnes. Moran was also ranked individually as a leading partner in the “Financial Services: Non Contentious/Regulatory” and “Investment Fund Formation and Management: Retail Funds” categories.

Litigation partner Jeremy Andrews was ranked in in the “Fraud: Civil” category.

These rankings reflect the result of analysis by the Legal 500 research team, who conduct thousands of interviews with private practice lawyers and read tens of thousands of submissions to select the best lawyers and law firms in the UK. As part of their research, Legal 500 canvassed the views of more than 40,000 general counsels and clients.
