Roger Maldonado Joins Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis

Roger Maldonado has joined Faegre Baker Daniels’ finance and restructuring practice in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Maldonado helps clients seamlessly implement growth and business strategies and find the most effective and efficient solutions in a variety of matters, including bankruptcy law, equipment leasing issues, receiverships and related commercial litigation. He represents trustees, creditors, equipment lease lenders, investment firms and financial institutions. He regularly represents clients in both state and federal courts.

Maldonado has been a member of the Minnesota Army National Guard since 2000, and he has served two military deployments in Iraq. Maldonado also serves as the vice president and chair of the Diversity in the Profession Committee for the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association.

Maldonado received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was the associate editor and articles editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He earned his B.A. in political science and theological studies from Bethel University. While in law school, Maldonado was an extern with the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
