Andy Kassner, Cheryl Orr and Judy Reich to Attend National Summit on Achieving Long-Term Careers for Women in Law
Chairman and CEO Andy Kassner and managing partners Cheryl Orr and Judy Reich will attend the American Bar Association (ABA) and Harvard Law School’s National Summit on Achieving Long-Term Careers for Women in Law from November 7-8.
The invitation-only event will focus on the issues and career dynamics facing women lawyers in practice for over 20 years. The summit will also identify best practices to retain senior women lawyers. The summit is part of a broader ABA initiative—“Achieving Long-Term Careers for Women in Law”—which uses life cycle models from sociology, social psychology and economics to research legal careers.
Drinker Biddle is a gold sponsor of the national summit, which will highlight the various career paths of senior women lawyers. Attendees will include national leaders, Chief Legal Officers, general counsel, managing partners and firm chairs, practicing lawyers at various levels, and other industry leaders.
Cheryl will also participate in a focus group of managing partners that will gather insights into the ABA initiative and research project on November 7.
