Ben Stacke Brings Corporate Experience to Faegre Baker Daniels

Ben Stacke has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the firm’s corporate group. He will practice from the Minneapolis office.

Stacke represents issuers, underwriters and other transaction parties in SEC-registered and exempted capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings and various types of debt offerings. His experience also includes advising clients in connection with debt and equity tender offers and ongoing disclosure, reporting and corporate governance matters.

Stacke joins FaegreBD from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, N.Y., where he was an associate in the capital markets and securities group for more than four years. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Stacke was an associate in the securities group at Sidley Austin LLP for approximately one year in Sidley’s New York office and over three years in Sidley’s London office.

Stacke’s legal education includes an LL.M. in international business law from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Prior to studying law, Stacke earned a M.Sc. in international and European politics from the University of Edinburgh and a B.A. from Lenoir-Rhyne University.

Stacke is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and New York.
