Florham Park partner Frank Velocci was quoted in an article posted on NorthJersey.com, titled, “Final hearing set in sale of St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic,” regarding the final hearing in the approval process for the sale of St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic to Prime Healthcare Services Inc., a for-profit chain of hospitals in California. The judge's approval at this hearing will be the last step in the sale of the hospital to Prime.

"It is in the interest of the hospital, its employees and the community to have this period of uncertainty come to an end and new ownership put in place to begin a new era at St. Mary's." said Frank. Frank further supported the sale of St. Mary's in a brief written on the matter.
