Eli Isaacs Joins Corporate Practice at Faegre Baker Daniels

Eli Isaacs has joined Faegre Baker Daniels as an associate in the corporate practice, where he will counsel companies on mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Isaacs worked as an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton, where his practice focused on corporate and financial transactions and U.S. bank regulatory matters.

Isaacs earned his law degree from Stanford Law School in 2012. While in law school, he was associate managing editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. Isaacs also holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Indiana University, where he graduated with highest distinction in 2009.
