Finance & Commerce Names Dawn Holicky Pruitt a Top Woman in Finance

Faegre Baker Daniels partner Dawn Holicky Pruitt has been named to Finance & Commerce's Top Women in Finance for 2014.
Top Women in Finance honors high-achieving Minnesota women making notable contributions to their professions, communities and society at large.
Pruitt has been with the firm for 10 years and is a key contributor to the public companies practice. She assists large publicly held companies in their capital-raising activities, and has emerged as a go-to legal advisor in the Twin Cities financial services sector.
Pruitt was honored at an event on Nov. 20, and was profiled in the Top Women in Finance special feature in Finance & Commerce. "Pruitt handles the most sophisticated work for some of the firm's most significant clients," said Michael Fisco, partner at FaegreBD. "She has extensive securities offering experience including registered and private offerings of debt and equity securities."
Pruitt is involved with the American Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Minnesota Women Lawyers. She is active with the University of Notre Dame Alumni Association's Minnesota Club, and serves on the board for Stages Theatre Company, a children's theatre focused educating and inspiring youth. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, and received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
