Faegre & Benson Advises Rock Bottom In Its Acquisition by Private Equity Firm

Faegre & Benson served as legal counsel to Rock Bottom Restaurants, a leading restaurant group, in its acquisition yesterday by Centerbridge Capital Partners, L.P.

Concurrent with the acquisition of Rock Bottom, Centerbridge acquired Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group, Inc. Centerbridge will operate both restaurant groups as subsidiaries of its newly formed entity CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc.
