22 New Associate Lawyers Join Baker & Daniels

Baker & Daniels LLP has welcomed 22 new associate lawyers to the firm in its Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and South Bend offices.
  • Michael P. Allen joins the firm's public finance group, focusing his practice on general municipal finance and real estate issues. Before joining Baker & Daniels, he was a part of the State Senate campaign team for Judge Terry Coriden. Allen received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Bloomington with a certificate from the Kelly School of Business before earning his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. Allen is based in the firm's Fort Wayne office.
  • Amanda L. Asbury will focus her practice on labor and employment law from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office. She received her law degree magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis after earning her undergraduate degree with distinction from Colorado College. Before joining the firm, Asbury worked as an education policy research assistant at the Hudson Institute.
  • Brian D. Burbrink is a member of the firm's labor and employment team. He worked as a summer associate for Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago before joining Baker & Daniels. Burbrink graduated with his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law after receiving his undergraduate degree with honors from Butler University. He will practice from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
  • Zachary I. Cattell focuses his practice on health care and life sciences from the firm's north side Indianapolis office, working with health care providers and health care entities on regulatory, administrative and contractual matters. He earned his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis and received undergraduate degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
  • Jeffrey D. Cohn is a member of the firm's corporate finance and trusts & estates practice groups. Before joining Baker & Daniels, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael P. Barnes of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Cohn earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University's Kelly School of Business and J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. He practices from the firm's South Bend office.
  • Arthur D. Fisher Jr. is a member of the firm's corporate finance group. He received his law degree cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis after graduating from DePauw University magna cum laude. Fisher was a first grade English teacher at Christel House de México in Mexico City between receiving his undergraduate and law degrees. He will practice from the firm's north side Indianapolis office.
  • Jacqueline B. Haydock concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, business planning, mergers & acquisitions and general business matters from Baker & Daniels' Fort Wayne office. She received her undergraduate degree with highest distinction from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne and her law degree summa cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis.
  • Amol Jain joins the firm's state and local taxation group in Baker & Daniels' downtown Indianapolis office. Before joining the firm, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeff Bohm of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Jain received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
  • Krissy A. Katzenstein practices in the firm's labor and employment group. She earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Tufts University and her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. Before joining Baker & Daniels, Katzenstein interned in the domestic violence unit of the Marion County Prosecutor's Office. She will practice from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
  • Mallory S. Korpalski practices in the firm's corporate finance group from Baker & Daniels' north side Indianapolis office, with a focus on advanced manufacturing & logistics and sports & entertainment. She worked as a summer associate at Dickinson Wright PLLC in Detroit, Mich., before joining Baker & Daniels. Korpalski received her undergraduate degree with highest honors from Michigan State University and earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
  • Larry E. LaTarte concentrates his practice in business litigation, construction and real property litigation from the firm's South Bend office. Before law school, he spent nine years working in product management and marketing in the software industry, primarily for venture-backed start-up companies. LaTarte earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his law degree cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
  • Kerry B. Lea is a member of the firm's life sciences practice group, working in the north side Indianapolis office. She received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School after graduating cum laude from Yale University. While attending law school, Lea completed a judicial internship for the Honorable George C. Paine II, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Middle District of Tennessee.
  • Harmony A. Mappes practices in the firm's business litigation and commercial & bankruptcy practice groups from the downtown Indianapolis office. Before joining Baker & Daniels, she served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable John D. Tinder at both the district and appellate levels. Mappes received her undergraduate degree with highest distinction from Indiana University – Bloomington and her law degree with highest distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law.
  • Peter A. Meyer is a member of the firm's health care and life sciences group. Before joining Baker & Daniels, he was a law clerk in the Greene County Prosecutor's Office in Bloomfield, Ind. Meyer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Toledo and earned his law degree magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Meyer works in the firm's Fort Wayne office.
  • Zachary A. Myers is a member of the firm's business litigation group, practicing from Baker & Daniels downtown Indianapolis office. While earning his law degree, Myers was a student attorney at the Georgetown University Law Center's Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he served as a student attorney for juveniles charged with crimes in D.C. Superior Court. Myers earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, a master's degree from George Washington University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
  • Jeffrey A. Ostrom is a member of the firm's intellectual property group. He worked as a law clerk for Singleton Law Firm, P.C. in Champaign, Ill., and Maloney, Parkinson & Berns in Urbana, Ill., before joining Baker & Daniels in the firm's Fort Wayne office. Ostrom earned undergraduate degrees from Illinois State University and the University of Illinois at Chicago before receiving his law degree cum laude from University of Illinois College of Law.
  • Grant M. Reeves practices in the firm's product liability group. He received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology, earned master's degrees in mechanical engineering and biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan, received a master's in economics from Duke University and earned his law degree cum laude from Duke Law School. Reeves will practice in the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
  • Dean C. Snyder practices in Baker & Daniels' labor and employment group from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office. He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington after graduating with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. During law school, Snyder served as a Law Clerk for the LaPorte County Circuit Court one summer.
  • Jeffery M. Stovall practices in the firm's intellectual property group, focusing on issues of trademark, copyright and e-commerce. He graduated with highest distinction from Purdue University and earned a second undergraduate degree with highest distinction from Indiana University – Bloomington before receiving his J.D. with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. He will practice from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
  • Shana C. Stump concentrates her practice in business litigation from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office. Prior to joining Baker & Daniels, she clerked for the Honorable Frank Sullivan Jr. of the Indiana Supreme Court and worked for the office of the Manhattan District Attorney in New York City. Stump graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College and received her law degree magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington.
  • Jaimie L. Zibrowski is a member of the firm's business litigation group, focusing her practice on family law matters. She clerked at Meisrow & Stravitz PLLC in Washington, D.C. before joining Baker & Daniels. Zibrowski earned her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Indiana State University and received her J.D. with honors from George Washington University Law School. She practices from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
  • Emily C. Zoch is a member of the firm's insurance and financial services group, focusing her practice on corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. She graduated cum laude from DePauw University and received her law degree cum laude from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. While earning her J.D., Zoch participated in the European Union Legal Studies Program at Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France. She will practice from the firm's downtown Indianapolis office.
