Faegre & Benson LLP represented Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR) in connection with a strategic investment by Spire Capital Partners (Spire) of New York. As a result, Spire is the majority investor in PBR, which will provide the organization with the resources to continue its significant growth trajectory. PBR was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The organization currently operates four domestic bull-riding exhibition tours and has a rapidly growing international market.
