Zidan Management Group is a real estate developer that owns over 20 multifamily communities in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Ohio that has engaged Faegre Drinker on numerous Chicagoland apartment deals. Many of these involved the gutting and rehabilitation of historic buildings valued in amounts around $50 million.
