Duke Cannon Completes Sale to Private Equity Investment Firm

Duke Cannon Supply Company LLC (Duke Cannon), a premium men’s care goods provider, sold its business to MPP DC Acquisition, LLC, an affiliate of Main Post Partners, a private equity investment firm that invests in lower middle market growth companies in the consumer, business services and industrial growth sectors. The founders of Duke Cannon rolled over some of their equity into the new parent of Duke Cannon and will continue to build the business with the investors.
