Bed Bath & Beyond Secures Dismissal of Lawsuit Alleging Wrongful Termination and FEHA Violations

Bed Bath & Beyond secured the dismissal of an employment lawsuit stemming from the company’s reduction in force. The lawsuit alleged that the plaintiff was wrongfully terminated on account of her perceived physical disabilities, and various violations of California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). The court dismissed this matter on its own motion. Our firm represented Bed Bath & Beyond in the case.
