Developer Closes Deal to Construct Mixed-Use High-Rise in Fort Wayne

A developer finalized a public-private partnership transaction with the City of Fort Wayne for the construction and finance of a mixed-use high-rise residential, office and retail building in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our firm represented the developer in the deal, designing the financial structure of the transaction and leading the effort to close in record time, which required the coordination of a myriad of economic development incentives, including land contribution, public improvements, tax increment finance, state tax credits and federal New Markets Tax Credits.
