Our firm represented PeakEquity in the investment.
Our firm has represented PeakEquity in numerous other transactions, including the 2014 acquisition and 2019 sale of EnterpriseDB, a database software company, and the 2015 acquisition of G5, a software company providing a software as a service (SaaS) digital marketing platform for multiple real estate verticals.
