A professional organization consisting of food and nutrition professionals hoped to change professional language regarding dietitians from “certification” to “licensure.” Our firm led their successful lobbying effort during the 2019 Indiana General Assembly, with the language change reflected in House Bill 1569 regarding professional licensing matters.
