DOJ Alleges Info-Sharing Among Video Distributors for L.A. Dodgers

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) alleged information-sharing among video distribution competitors regarding the Los Angeles Dodgers’ regional sports network. Dylan Carson represented the DOJ in Sherman Act Section 1 litigation in the U.S. Central District of California. The DOJ opposed a motion to dismiss. The lawsuit was resolved through consent decree.
