Cable Company Compels Arbitration in Consumer Fraud and Abuse Act Case

A cable services provider prevailed in a putative class action alleging violations of the Consumer Fraud and Abuse Act, the Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act, and California’s Business & Professions Code.
