Wireless Carrier Successfully Opposes Certification of Fraud Claims

North America - United States | United States - California

A wireless carrier successfully opposed the certification of claims for fraud, claims under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA) and claims under the Unfair Competition Law (UCL). Our firm represented the wireless carrier and affirmed the certification decision on appeal. The trial court dismissed the plaintiffs’ remaining class claims for UCL injunctive relief.
