Trade Association Successfully Challenges DOL Fiduciary Duty Regulations

A trade association joined in a successful Administrative Procedure Act challenge to regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor that would extend fiduciary duties to retail insurance salesmen and investment advisors, which were ultimately struck down by the Fifth Circuit. Jake Kramer represented the trade association.
