Store Chain in Bankruptcy Gains Reversal of Adverse Decision

After an adverse decision before a bankruptcy appellate panel, a large convenience store chain changed their lead counsel role to Larry Scarborough, who argued successfully for the reversal of the decision with respect to treatment of state lottery ticket sales under percentage-rent lease provisions.
