Equipment Supplier Dismisses Antitrust Claims

An equipment supplier successfully dismissed a dealer's Robinson-Patman Act, contract, implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, tortious interference with contractual relations, intentional interference with business expectancy, equitable estoppel, and tortious termination of contract claims.
