Craft Store Chain Dismisses Statewide Putative Class and Representative Action

North America - United States | North America | United States - California

A craft store chain compelled to arbitration — and ultimately obtained dismissal with prejudice of all claims — a statewide putative class and representative action in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The case involved meal and rest break, failure to pay wages, inaccurate wage statements, unfair business practices, and PAGA claims. Our firm represented the craft store chain.
