Courthouse Plaque Display Challenged

The Chester County Historical Preservation Network litigated a challenge to a courthouse plaque displaying the Ten Commandments. Our firm argued the case in the Court of Appeals and advanced the same argument in an amicus curiae brief. Freethought Society v. Chester County, 334 F.3d 247 (3d Cir. 2003) and Van Orden v. Perry, 545 U.S. 677 (2005).
