Client Obtains Injunctive Relief and Settlement in Data Theft Case

A U.S. client obtained emergency injuncitve relief in an action against a former employee that downloaded the client's electronic data prior to resigning. Our firm assisted the client in obtaining the injunctive relief, and secured a settlement that precluded the former employee from competing with our client for a substantial period.
