Summary Judgment Granted and Affirmed in Putative Class Actions

Our firm served as lead counsel in defending putative class actions in California state court alleging odometer over-registration in violation of California state consumer fraud laws. Our client was granted summary judgment on all claims in coordinated proceedings. Summary judgment was affirmed in appellate court. Lopez v. Nissan North America, Inc., 135 Cal.Rptr.3d 116, 2011 WL 6016184 (Cal. Ct. App. 2011).
