An amusement park corporation filed suit on coverage and sought additional appraisal damages resulting from Hurricane Katrina's destruction of a smart-park in New Orleans. Our firm recovered over $40 million in disputed proceeds for the amusement park corporation which included a 5th Circuit partial recovery reversal in favor of the park.
