Cara Weingartner is a corporate lawyer with a background in commercial contracts, corporate compliance, real estate, employment and other business issues. She advises clients on transactions, operating issues and governance.

At Notre Dame Law School, Cara researched corporate compliance topics as a research assistant and legal extern for Notre Dame Athletics. While a summer associate at an Indianapolis law firm, Cara worked with the corporate group on real estate transfers, state corporate law, and executive compensation and employment issues. Cara also gained exposure to corporate and employment law issues as a legal intern with FedEx Ground.

Prior to law school, Cara interned with Interactive Intelligence, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Indiana University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, where she analyzed and calculated revenue projections, reviewed vendor contracts, and researched NCAA legislation.
