Previous Experience
Johnathon last worked as a patent attorney for one of the oldest law firms in Tennessee. In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, he assisted in patent litigation, including pre-suit investigations, complaints, motions practice and claim construction. Prior to that, Johnathon worked as a patent practitioner for Lisa Patent Clinic, counseling clients on claim and IP strategies, as well as patent portfolio management. Johnathon started off as a legal intern for global material sciences company W.L. Gore & Associates, where he prepared responses to domestic and foreign office actions and evaluated patents for risk.
